ABOUT CLEONA

Three ACL surgeries.
One diagnosis.
A whole new lens.

My name is Cleona, and I’m the founder of Recalibrate.

I’ve gone through three ACL reconstruction surgeries and was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 19. I know what it feels like to have your body change overnight — and how disorienting the aftermath can be.

What I’ve learned is this: disruption forces clarity. It reveals what’s fragile, what’s strong, and what needs to shift. Over time, I didn’t just recover — I recalibrated. I got clear on what my support system looked like, and rebuilt my routines, my confidence, and my identity with more intention than before.

I hold a BA in Psychology from McGill University, an MBA from the University of California Davis, and am certified through the mindbodygreen Health Coaching Certification, an education program approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). My work blends evidence-based coaching with lived experience.

This practice exists because recovery isn’t just about getting back. It’s about becoming stronger and wiser in the process.

Book a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. We’ll talk about what health coaching is (and isn’t), discuss your goals with coaching, and get any other questions answered. If we’re a right fit, we can go from there.


Is this for me if I’m still in recovery?

Yes. As long as you’re medically stable, this work supports the mental and structural side of recovery.

What does pricing look like?

I am currently only offering a 6-session program, priced at $497 USD. I am also open to flexible payment schedules and this can be discussed during our complimentary Discovery Call.


Why must the six sessions be scheduled within 3 months?

While this work rarely follows a linear path, most clients benefit from regular meetings without too much time between sessions. The 3-month stipulation encourages tailored pacing, while maintaining momentum and establishing accountability. Any concerns around this stipulation can be brought up on our Discovery Call!
